This is an advanced video program that utilizes analytics with video examples for serious players- 10 & over, looking to take their development to the next level. This program features a full-year development plan and the following weekly:
1 Video Session, including video review of games and InStat analytics/feedback. Video review sessions can be In-Person OR Virtual.
Mental Performance Coaching & Adaptive Training
Access to your coach via phone, including text and video.
